- Oversee daily store operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, staff scheduling, and merchandising strategies.
- Train, motivate, and lead a team to achieve sales targets.

Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
- Experience Level: Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee store operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with varying hours, including weekends.
