Job Title: SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST

Location: Bacoor, Cavite

Will work for a famous retail of local cosmetic brand in Cavite.

The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies, coordinating with stakeholders, producing content, analyzing user engagement and feedback, and managing the company’s social media interactions.

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and traffic across all platforms

• Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed

• Collaborate with marketing, PR and sales teams to align company messages, promotions, and goals • Engage with customers and respond to queries in a timely manner

• Create engaging and shareable content appropriate for each social media platform to drive engagement

• Work with the design team to ensure content is visually captivating

• Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used

• Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts

• Coordinate with legal, business, and communications teams to ensure brand consistency

• Proven 3 years work experience developing and executing successful social media strategies.

• Team leadership experience

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media data and insights and translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting engaging content.

• Experience in community management and social media engagement tactics.

• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.

• A passion for social media and staying updated on the latest trends and platforms.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
