Descrição:
- Perform engine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Handle customer service claims and ensure high satisfaction.
- Conduct failure analysis and propose improvements.
- Implement training plans and assist in customer visits.
- Manage generator set projects on-site.
Requisito
- Bachelor’s degree or vocational certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in engine troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Proficiency in genset repair and diagnostics.
- Good communication skills and fluent in English.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (up to 85%).
Skills:
- Proficient in using Diagnostics Tools
- Proficient in Reading Technical Manuals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
