Are you passionate about audio-visual technology and great at closing deals? We’re looking for a Sales Officer with a strong background in home theatre systems to join our growing team!


GOLDENDUCK GROUP is known as the cinema system integrator leader in South East Asia. During the last 20+ years, we have constantly brought and introduced new cinema technology, improve and expand our services to meet our South East Asia clients growing demand. We’re proud to be part of our client’s success by continuously work and improve our client’s projection and sound system in cinema in order to serve their customer better.


With our growing expertise, GOLDENDUCK GROUP has also established into other segments which required audio and visual expertise e.g. Production Studio, Post Production, Exhibition Hall, Smart Meeting room, IP streaming, and many more.


As of today, GOLDENDUCK GROUP employed all together more than 200 staffs with its offices located in 5 different countries in South East Asia. (Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Vietnam) We’re providing services to more than 3,000 screens in South East Asia.


Job Scope

1. Client Consultations and Visits:

  • Meeting face to face with potential clients to determine their specific needs on a weekly basis.
  • Providing technical explanations and demonstrations of the various products and solutions available.

 

2. Proposal Development:

  • Creating and preparing customized solutions based on client needs.

 

3. Product Demonstrations:

  • Showcasing the capabilities and features of the products.
  • Setting up demonstrations or pilot installations at client sites.

 

4. Technical Liaison:

  • Collaborating with the technical team and/or suppliers to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.

 

5. Reports and Collaboration with Management

  • To provide sales and client feedback reports.
  • Challenges encountered and solutions provided or proposed.

Requisito

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to meet sales targets
  • Conduct product demos and presentations, especially for home theatre systems
  • Craft persuasive sales proposals and close deals
  • Work closely with marketing to align promotions and sales efforts
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare management reports


Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in home theatre or consumer electronics
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Electronics Engineering background is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills—both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Tech-savvy and confident explaining AV systems to customers
  • With understanding of audio-visual technologies and/or smart home integration is preferred by not required.
  • Preferably with technical experience working in the audio-visual industry to ensure the individual understands the products and solutions and communicate their benefits or related industry.
  • Have a pleasing personality and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Are self-driven, results-oriented, and a team player
  • Excel at negotiation and problem-solving
  • Have a genuine passion for home entertainment technology
