Descrição:

Duties and Responsibilities:


1. Sales Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear sales targets and performance goals for the team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive and motivated sales environment.


2. Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and trends in the aesthetics and Beauty Salon industry.
  • Analyze competitors and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.


3. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Work closely with the clinical team to ensure client satisfaction and treatment effectiveness.


4. Sales Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  • Utilize data and analytics to optimize sales processes and strategies.


5. Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Control expenses and maximize ROI on sales activities.
  • Forecast sales revenue and expenses accurately.


6. Compliance and Ethics:

  • Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant industry regulations and ethical standards.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity in all interactions with clients and team members.


7. Collaboration

  • Collaborate with other departments and third parties when required for effective teamwork.
  • Participate in regular Man-Com meetings and furnish reports and feedback to the CEO and fellow team members to facilitate continuous process improvement.
  • Other duties may be assigned from time to time, as determined by your immediate supervisor.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in cosmetic sales or a related industry.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong sales management, teamwork, public speaking, and sales training abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Drive sales, train team members, and communicate product knowledge effectively.
  • Working Conditions: Retail environment with flexible hours and some travel for events.
  • Qualities and Traits: Motivated, personable, with a passion for cosmetics and customer service.
