Order Processing: Accurately enter customer orders into the system, ensuring all information (e.g., product, price, shipping details) is correct.

Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to confirm order details, delivery timelines, and provide updates on order status.

Inventory Coordination: Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure product availability and manage stock levels based on customer orders.

Shipping and Logistics: Work with shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate order shipments. Prepare and verify shipping labels, tracking numbers, and other documentation as necessary.

Order Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer orders, ensuring all orders are properly documented and any discrepancies are resolved.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve issues related to order discrepancies, backorders, or customer inquiries.

Invoice Preparation: Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner, ensuring that the correct pricing, taxes, and terms are applied.

Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to assist in handling customer inquiries, product questions, and special requests.

Data Entry and Reporting: Update and maintain the order processing database. Generate reports on order status, customer activity, and any issues requiring attention.

• With Minimum 2 years of experience in processing and encoding sales orders
• Background in Logistics/ Wholesale/ Trading / Retail and Distribution is highly suitable
• With experience handling chain Store / Key accounts
• With background in using ERP system
• Able to deal with numerous orders despite deadlines
• Portrays good time management skills
• Fast learner and excellent comprehension skills
• Very good computer skills
• Willing to work full on-site in Makati City
• Can start immediately
