Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing sales presentations.
Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery to clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless sales operations.
Track sales targets and report on team performance.
Assist with the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Support the onboarding of new clients and maintain client satisfaction through follow-up communication.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or in any related field such as economics or statistics
BA Communication Arts or Advertising degree is also preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Expert in actual use of MS Office
Good interpersonal skills
Team player who collaborates well with others
Willing to be assigned in Makati
Willing to do field work
