Client Engagement: Actively participate in client engagements by supporting senior consultants or project managers in conducting research, gathering data, and analyzing findings.
Lead Generation: Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events. The associate is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads that have the potential to convert into customers.
Marketing Campaigns: Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote products or services. This involves collaborating with the marketing team to create content, distribute marketing materials, and analyze campaign performance.
Digital Marketing: Supporting digital marketing efforts such as social media management, content creation, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO). The associate helps to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to digital platforms not only for the company but also for clients
Event Coordination: Assisting in the planning and coordination of events such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches. This includes organizing logistics, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring events are executed smoothly.
Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional products or services to existing customers based on their needs and preferences.
Content Creation: Contributing to the creation of marketing collateral such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and sales presentations to support lead generation and customer engagement efforts.
Proposal Development: Contribute to the development of proposals for new consulting engagements, including scoping, pricing, and value proposition development.
Requisito
Educational Qualifications: At least a Diploma degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: Entry-level, less than 1 year of experience required, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong abilities in lead generation and sales management.
Experience with social media platforms for marketing purposes.
Knowledge of customer relationship management strategies.
Capable of making cold calls with a professional demeanor.
