Descrição:

1) Territory Management & Development

a. Manages discounts and lowers trade receivables aging to adhere to the company's financial standards.

b. Creates route plan and itinerary, taking into consideration efficiency;


2) Demand Planning & Management.

a. Sets volume forecast and manages volume skewing

b. Assess store inventory position and recommend inventory levels

c. Recommends merchandising strategies and crafts store designs


3) Category Planning and Management

a. Assesses and monitors category performance

b. Creates strategies that increase category performance

c. Adheres to standards on product assortment, display, pricing, and discounting


4) Competitive Landscape Analysis

a. Gathers data and analyzes competitors' trade activities and brand initiatives

b. Create programs that minimize the effect of business disruption


5) Selling

a. Establishes negotiation objectives, compromises, limits (maximum, minimum, settlement point) of the deal, and alternative proposals. Anticipate objections and the buyer's purpose/objective. Use appropriate techniques to persuade the client and highlight the value proposition/value add of the proposal.

b. Determine the underlying concern/problem which yields the biggest impact; Understand and verify the objection, handle the concern by converting hindrances into opportunities, and provide the appropriate solution.


6) Relationship Management & Development

a. Establishes rapport with customer through various business activities.

b. Recommend customized programs based on customer needs, goals, and potential


]7) Business Acumen, Evaluation & Development

a. Conducts regular business review covering total business performance, brand, and category performance.


8) OPEX Management

a. Delivers results successfully within the parameters of the approved budget

Requisito

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with proven experience in sales or account management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Several years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field are typically needed to demonstrate proficiency in the role
  • A good understanding of the industry and the company's products or services is essential.
  • Can drive a Manual and Automatic 4-wheel
  • Must have a driver's license.
  • With pleasing personality.
