Descrição:
- Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms and public areas.
- Replace linens and replenish guest supplies as needed.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and report issues promptly.
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Work efficiently while adhering to company standards.
- Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and presentation.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in housekeeping or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced hotel environment, may require standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
