Descrição:

  1. Research and identify potential suppliers, conduct price comparisons, and negotiate terms.
  2. Comparing and evaluating offers from the suppliers or Canvassing
  3. Fuel monitoring per gas station
  4. Monitor stocks level and ask MRF as needed
  5. Coordinate to FFD to ensure the stocks are sufficient
  6. Prepare reports on purchases 
  7. Maintain updated records of purchased products/materials, delivery info and invoices 
  8. Field work if needed 
  9. Performs other related duties that may be assigned by the general manager and his/her superior.

Requisito

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  2. Preferably a male and can drive a motorcycle
  3. At least 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
  4. Knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and inventory control.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
  6. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
