Descrição:

  • Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hotel's brand, increase visibility, and drive bookings.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives such as print advertising, direct mail campaigns, and partnerships with local businesses or travel agencies.
  • Generate engaging content for various marketing channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
  • Conduct market research to identify target demographics, analyze competitors, and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Manage the hotel's public relations efforts, including press releases, media relations, and events to enhance the hotel's reputation and attract positive attention.
  • Work closely with other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of marketing campaigns, analyze data, and generate reports to measure ROI and make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
  • Implement Customer Relations Management systems to track customer interactions, manage guest databases, and personalize marketing efforts to improve customer retention and loyalty.
  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with travel agencies, online travel agents (OTAs), corporate clients, and local businesses to drive bookings and increase revenue.
  • Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing channels and materials, maintaining the hotel's brand image and identity.
  • Organize promotional events, trade shows, and sponsorships to increase brand awareness and attract potential guests.
  • Monitor guest feedback and online reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and marketing trends.
  • Other related task as may be assigned by the management.

Requisito

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality, tourism, or service industry. Experience with digital marketing tools and hotel marketing is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in digital marketing platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO tools, email marketing software)
  • Knowledgeable in content creation, basic graphic design (Canva/Photoshop), and social media management
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in English and Filipino. Confident in public speaking, brand storytelling, and copywriting.
  • Organizational and Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented with strong project management skills; capable of interpreting marketing data and applying insights to strategy
  • Creativity and Initiative: Must be creative, proactive, resourceful, and able to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns
  • Personality Traits: Professional, confident, results-driven, and able to work well with cross-functional teams
  • Other Requirements: Willing to work on-site, including weekends or holidays when needed; able to represent the hotel in external events or partnerships.
