Descrição:

The Italian Bilingual Service Desk Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to both Italian and English-speaking end-users, ensuring prompt resolution of IT incidents and service requests. This role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, managing tickets through established IT service management tools, and escalating complex problems as needed. The specialist will maintain detailed documentation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adhere to ITIL best practices, all while ensuring exceptional customer service and clear communication in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Work setup:

  • Onsite - Alabang, Muntinlupa


Salary:

  • 72,000 - 88,000

Requisito

  • Must be fluent in speaking, writing, and reading the Italian language.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer-facing work experience in any industry.
  • For foreign applicants: at least 1 year of BPO experience as a bilingual Italian speaker serving local clients.
  • Experience in a service desk environment is a significant advantage, though not required.
  • Must be conversant in English as a secondary language.
