Position: Portuguese-Speaking Helpdesk Support

Company Industry: BPO / IT Services

Work Location: Pasay City, Philippines

Salary: Php 80,000

Work Schedule: Shifting schedule

Work Set-up: Work From Home set-up

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Brazilian National who are currently residing in the Philippines
  • Good communication skills in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken).
  • Background in IT or technical support is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking
  • Familiarity with PC troubleshooting and applications like Outlook is an advantage
  • Willingness to handle multiple calls daily
  • Previous BPO technical support experience required


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide customer and technical support to end-users in English and Portuguese.
  • Troubleshoot and fix software, hardware, and account-related issues.
  • Follow standard support procedures when responding to user concerns.
  • Record and update all incidents accurately in the tracking system.
  • Handle multiple calls or tickets as needed.
