Descrição:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in other facets of the Human Resources Department
  • Submit reports on time
  • Works with people managers across levels to support overall organizational health, promote employee engagement, and drive high-performing teams
  • Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; timekeeping; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.


Requisito

HR Generalists have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation, labor law, and employee training and relations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Has good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook, Google Sheets)
  • Excellent record keeping.
  • Hands-on experience with HR duties and tasks
  • Understanding of social media sourcing strategies and specialty professional websites
  • Willing to do field work.
  • Goal-oriented and displays a sense of urgency
  • With experience doing end-to-end hiring
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain and update bulletin boards (birthday celebrant, memos, announcements, and others).
  • Preferably with experience in the Food & Beverage industry, but not required.
  • Willing to be assigned in Naic, Cavite.
  • Knowing how to drive and having a valid driver's license is a plus.
