Coordinate the preparation and delivery of timely, accurate internal financial reports
Monitor daily accounting transactions to ensure proper classification and documentation
Develop and implement best practices for account reconciliations, expense tracking, and records management
Maintain the fixed asset register and manage depreciation schedules and asset tagging
Oversee tax compliance activities, including VAT filings, withholding tax, and related regulatory requirements
Support cash flow monitoring and forecasting in coordination with the treasury team
Evaluate existing procedures and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and strengthen internal controls
Act as the point of contact for configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of accounting software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite)
Supervise and mentor junior accountants and assistants, including task assignment and review of outputs
Provide support on complex accounting topics such as inter-company transactions, accruals, and adjustments

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 4 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity
Strong understanding of local tax laws, audit processes, and statutory compliance
Proficient in enterprise accounting systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or similar platforms
Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative, team-first mindset
