• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting and Finance Supervisor to join our growing team in EasyCommerce and help oversee daily accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
• Coordinate with auditors during year-end audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and industry trends.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification is an advantage.
• Proven experience in accounting or finance, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
