Descrição:
- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images on e-commerce platforms (Facebook Marketplace, Shopee, Tiktok Shop, Lazada.).
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies,
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize product offerings and promotional strategies.
- Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to address issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies.
- Ensure compliance with e-commerce laws, data protection regulations, and online payment security standards.
Requisito
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or online retail.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms
- Experience with social media marketing, content creation, and influencer partnerships.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
