- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer service experience.
- Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: No prior experience required
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service skills
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Experience in call center operations is a plus
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
