Descrição:

  • As a Customer Service Representative in the Credit Card Claims Account, you will be responsible for managing and resolving cardholder claims related to unauthorized transactions, billing disputes, and reimbursement issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming inquiries regarding credit card transactions and disputes
  • Assist customers in filing claims for fraudulent, disputed, or erroneous charges
  • Investigate and process reimbursement requests in compliance with company policies
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Document case details and update records accurately in internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal departments or third parties for claim validations
  • Follow up with clients as needed to close out cases and provide updates

Requisito

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of completed college education
  • Minimum of 1 year BPO experience in claims or reimbursement support processes
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Amenable to shifting schedules
  • Willing to work as soon as possible
