  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
  • Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and account inquiries
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and thoroughly
  • Adhere to performance metrics such as quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of International BPO experience
  • Must be a College Graduate or College Level (Undergrad)
  • Must have experience in Billing
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Willingness to work onsite and on graveyard shift
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
