Requisito

  • Job Title: Customer Service Representative
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields. or  1 year CSE sales.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service skills, strong technical abilities, financial literacy, sales pitching, and familiarity with sales pipelines.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, resolve inquiries, support sales efforts, and manage interactions through various channels.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, possible remote work, flexible hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, empathetic, detail-oriented, proactive, and team player.
