Descrição:

A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. They provide information about products and services, process orders and returns, and may also offer technical support. CSRs act as a point of contact for customers, often using various channels like phone, email, and chat. 

Requisito

  • Experience:
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, especially in call centers, is often preferred but not always mandatory. 
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset. 
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations calmly. 
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus.
