Descrição:

  • Provide exceptional customer support to clients and candidates in the recruitment process.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
  • Assist in resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes.


Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: At least a High/Senior High School diploma.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required; training provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, problem-solving, and basic computer knowledge.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, resolve inquiries, and maintain records.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, regular hours, possible weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, and a team player with a positive attitude.
