  • Manage customer credit assessments and collections process.
  • Monitor overdue accounts and initiate follow-ups.
  • Prepare reports on credit status and collection metrics.
  • Resolve disputes and negotiate payment arrangements.
  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams for credit risk evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: At least a High School or Senior High School diploma is required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in credit and collection roles preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in credit risk control, strong collecting and driving abilities, and capable of conducting credit analysis.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage collections, assess credit risks, and maintain accurate records of accounts.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with regular interactions with clients and team members.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, communicative, and resilient under pressure.
