- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience operating cranes in construction or industrial settings.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in crane maintenance, safety protocols, and load handling.
- Working Conditions: Often works outdoors in various weather conditions, with potential for long hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
