We’re looking for a Community Operator to manage and engage with online communities in a dynamic and exciting role!

Job Type: Full-time, Morning Shift

Location: Remote, Philippines

What You’ll Do:

Moderate and manage Telegram groups & social platforms

Ensure a welcoming and engaging community environment

Post updates, foster discussions & organize online events

Monitor discussions & enforce community guidelines

Provide insights for community growth strategies

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in community management

Knowledge of moderation tools & Telegram bots is a plus but not required

Excellent English communication & conflict resolution skills

Ability to work independently & collaboratively

Creative mindset for community engagement
