CLOSING A DEAL WITH MONTHLY PARKER.

  • Generate leads and pursuits pipelines.
  • Survey assigned area for potential business.
  • Send letter of intent and arrange meeting with the clients.
  • Coordinate with client for additional information for the feasibility study.
  • Prepare initial costing for presentation and approval of BDM.
  • Prepare proposal materials for client presentation.
  • Conduct client presentation.
  • Prepare contract for the agreement set meeting to finalized agreement.
  • Building and maintaining good report to lessor and its officers.
  • Attend to all other task relevant to business development that may be assigned.
  • Generate leads thru cold calls, internet research and other date mining activities.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Additional certifications in sales, marketing, or business development are a plus.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Experience in managing client relationships or driving business growth is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals and expanding business opportunities.
