Descrição:
- Market Expansion: Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Client Acquisition: Generate leads, pitch proposals, and close deals with clients/investors.
- Strategy Development: Create data-driven growth plans and competitive analysis.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients, vendors, or stakeholders.
- Sales Collaboration: Work with sales/marketing teams to refine pitches and pricing strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs (e.g., revenue growth, conversion rates) and adjust tactics.
- Commission Based Incentives
Requisito
- Experience: 5+ years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
- Track Record: Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret market data and financial metrics.
- Negotiation Skills: Expertise in deal structuring and contract negotiation.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of your company’s sector (tech, retail, etc.).
- Education: Degree in Business, Finance, or related field (optional but a plus).
- Key Traits: Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, exceptional networking skills.
