• Preferred degree qualified preferably in Commerce, Business, IT, Finance or equivalent
• A strong understanding of best practice systems, eg ISO, ITIL or other service and quality management standards
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in a similar role
• Experience working in ICT in an ASX listed company, preferably with global operations
• Understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements
• Strong business analysis background (5+ years) with strong analytical skills
• Strong solution design and process improvement skills
• Experience in complex systems analysis and implementation
• Willing to work onsite in Makati on a morning shift schedule
