• Daily collection
• TMP promos
• TMP payable

Parts Department

• Checking of Parts Daily Report
• Monitoring of Parts Invoices
• Checking of TMP Parts invoices against SAP parts received report
• Goods issue slip
• Parts return slip
• Unclaimed parts audit
• Cycle counting at Parts warehouse
• In-charge as inventory facilitator during actual count inventory on quarterly basis

Service Department

• Service Daily Report
• Monitoring of Service billing
• Internal repair order
• Back job units

• Graduate of Internal Audit, Accounting Technology, Financial Management or any related courses.
• With experience in the same position is an advantage.
• Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.
