• Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
• Design and implement business process automation using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Create and modify plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and business rules within Dynamics 365.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external applications and services using Microsoft .NET, Azure Services, and API connectors.
• Develop and maintain custom applications and enhancements using C#, .NET Core, and JavaScript.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and documentation to ensure compliance with best practices.

• Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features and updates.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including customization, configuration, and integration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft .NET (C#, .NET Core) for application development.
• Experience working with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of Dataverse (CDS) and Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, etc.).
• Experience in developing custom plugins, workflows, and JavaScript within Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Web Services, and integrations with third-party applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate or similar certifications.
• Experience with model-driven apps, canvas apps, and Power Virtual Agents.
