We serve as a remote back office for craftsmen in the United States who specialize in repair services. Our team includes more than 100 specialists and fully handles all organizational and operational processes, except for the repair work itself. These include marketing, sales, management of technicians’ teams, quality control, collecting reviews, training technical staff, and more. We operate in 30+ major cities across the U.S. and have successfully completed over 30,000 repair projects.

Supplax is rapidly evolving and growing, so we are currently looking for an active Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for working with a cold contact database: establishing the first contact with potential clients, identifying their needs, and generating interest for further cooperation.

Your role will include:

• Active work with cold calls (200+ calls per day).

• Initiating the first contact with potential clients and identifying their interest in cooperation.

• Passing interested leads to the Account Manager.
