We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Telemarketer / Cold Caller to support our client in real estate foreclosure and drive more growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and setting appointments. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients using provided scripts and lists.
• Identify customer needs and present suitable products or services.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to generate interest and leads.
• Conduct lead generation activities through research, networking, and targeted outreach.
• Follow up on leads via phone calls and emails.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and customer details in CRM systems.
• Achieve and exceed sales or appointment-setting targets.
• Handle objections professionally and overcome challenges in the sales process.
• Provide feedback to improve scripts and calling strategies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, sales, or lead generation (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
