- Manage procurement activities, ensuring timely acquisition of materials.
- Manage supplier relationships, analyze market trends, and implement purchasing strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Analyze market trends and pricing to optimize purchasing decisions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments for supply needs.
- Assist in contract negotiations and compliance with organizational policies.
- Prepare reports on purchasing activities and cost savings.
Syarat-syarat
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation, analytical skills, and proficiency in procurement software.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel to supplier sites.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent communicator, and team player.
