Finstro is looking for Full Stack Engineers that will be responsible for the development and maintenance of both front-end and back-end components of web applications, to bridge the gap between front-end and back-end development teams.

Full Stack Engineers play a critical role in modern software development by providing a comprehensive skill set that spans the entire web stack. Their ability to handle diverse tasks, solve complex problems, and ensure cohesive development processes makes them invaluable to any technology-driven organization.

Responsibilities:

• You will help drive ideas to fruition and identify areas for improvement, focus is on the best mobile user experience to meet the needs of our customers whilst enabling use of 3rd Party tools or developing company best of breed frameworks that are sustainable.
• Responsible for the integration between back end and API and 3rd parties, Web portal, in line with vision and the company working practices
• Develop software design and requirements, and implement them adhering to all standards and ensuring code quality is in line with the relevant coding standards
• Assist in the planning and development of new products and processes whilst ensuring visibility with other teams and sharing the great learnings.
• Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Superb knowledge and in-depth understanding working of backend development and .Net Core, Cloud infrastructure (AWS)
• 3 years or more experience in Front-End development using Angular
• 5 years or more experience in Back-End development using C# language and .Net Core framework
• 5 years or more experience in platform architecture, websites and APIs
• Consistent and recent knowledge of API integration and industry standard authentication and security standards governing these.
• Ability to architect. Draw, document and articulate solutions to stakeholders. Architecture and design APIs, application layers, resistant layers. Keen attention to detail and a drive to deliver best-in-class applications to our end users.
• Proficiency in front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, Typescript and JavaScript.
• Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Proficiency in server-side languages preferably C# language, while Python, Java or Node.js is a plus.
• Strong understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data modelling.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Strong familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.

The role will be based out of our Manila office in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

Candidates must be willing to work full time onsite whilst on probation and may transition to Finstro's Flexible Work Arrangements afterward, subject to mutual agreement with their manager.
