Handles the smooth and seamless day-to-day IDG operations of ALVEO projects. This role is responsible for checking/tracking project timelines and deliverables, reviewing plans/designs/drawings and coordinating/collaborating with external design consultants/suppliers/service providers. Key responsibilities also include preparing and/or analyzing presentations/reports, processing billings and contracts, scheduling design coordination/technical meetings, conducting regular inspections/assessments and handling other IDG logistics and administrative requirements. 

Qualifications:

• With Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and a Licensed Architect.
• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in real estate
  
  development firms/other related industries and/or handled various
  
  design, construction, and land/property development functions.
• Proficient in all aspects of communication, including oral, written,
  
  presentation and negotiation skills
• With critical thinking, creative/aesthetic, technical, value
  
  engineering and analytical skills.
• With basic project management and master planning skills.
• With knowledge and understanding of Design and Construction Management – pre-con, actual con and post con activities.
• Proficient in all aspects of innovative designs, building codes, and QA/QC standards of the Philippine real estate/construction industries.
• Highly/proficient in various software applications such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, MS Office applications – MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• With (potential) leadership skills/capabilities, strategic/result-driven,
  
  proactive and process approach mindset.
• Keen on details, specifically on design and construction computations and compliance with local/international
  
  codes/standards.
• Proficient in coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional
  
  departments, projects, teams and other stakeholders.
