Penerangan
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain and update inventory records, including physical counts and valuations.
- Analyze inventory costs, identify variances, and prepare reports.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Monitor stock levels and perform regular audits.
- Cost Accounting:
- Analyze and calculate production costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead.
- Prepare standard cost reports and analyze cost variances.
- Assist in the preparation of cost of goods sold (COGS) calculations.
- Analyze profitability at the item SKU level.
- Accounting and Reporting:
- Prepare journal entries related to inventory transactions.
- Prepare monthly and annual inventory reports for management review.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Syarat-syarat
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (SAP)
- Bachelor's degree holder of Accountancy or any related course in accounting
- With background in costing and inventory
- Willing to assign at Makati city
