Assist with the execution of various construction tasks and activities on-site
Collaborate closely with construction supervisors and team members to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards
Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to protect yourself and your colleagues
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions
Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve construction processes and practices

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
At least 2 years of work-related experience
Solid understanding of engineering principles, practices, and relevant technologies
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to diagnose issues and implement solutions on-site
Strong understanding of safety guidelines and regulations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer service orientation, teamwork, and the ability to work independently
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
