About the role



Grolier International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team in North Luzon. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position located in North Luzon.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your client base, as well as prospective customers
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and challenges, and provide tailored solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver comprehensive customer support
• Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance and growth strategies
• Contribute to the development of account plans and overall sales strategy
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client interactions and activities

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar sales-focused role
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges
• Proficient in data analysis tools to track and report on account performance
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding client expectations
• Familiarity with the Sales and Account & Relationship Management industries
