1. Industry Research and Trend Insights

Lead in-depth research on the cryptocurrency industry (including DeFi, NFT, Layer 2, RWA, Meme, and other sectors), producing periodic industry research reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) that cover technological evolution, market dynamics, regulatory policies, and competitive landscape analysis.

Conduct forward-looking research in Web3 subfields (such as ZK-Rollups, modular blockchains, AI + blockchain integration) to identify early investment opportunities and provide project feasibility assessments and valuation models.

Track on-chain data (TVL, transaction volume, address activity), token economic models, and smart contract security, establishing a data-driven investment decision support system.

2. Output of Results and Strategic Optimization

Compose quarterly/annual investment performance review reports, analyzing portfolio return attribution (such as sector allocation and timing ability), and comparing strategy differences with peer competitors (like leading crypto funds).

Regularly produce competitor benchmarking reports that distill industry best practices, providing strategic optimization recommendations (such as position adjustments and sector rotation) for the investment team.

Hard Requirements

Education and Major: Bachelor's/Master's degree from a 985 or 211 university or above in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields; candidates with a foundation in blockchain technology are preferred.

Industry Experience:

More than 2 years of research experience in the cryptocurrency/Web3 industry, having led at least 5 complete sector research reports or project due diligence cases.

Familiarity with mainstream public chains (Ethereum, Solana, Cosmos) ecosystems and technical architectures, and understanding of core concepts such as smart contracts and cross-chain bridges.

Salary Range: 20,000 - 35,000
