Requirements

- Experience Level: 1-3 years in welding and metal fabrication.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in hand welding, knowledgeable in stamping processes.
- Working Conditions: Likely in a shop or construction site with exposure to noise and heat.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
