We are seeking a talented and creative On-site - Graphic Designer and Web Builder to join our

team. This dual-role position involves designing visually appealing graphics and creating functional, user-friendly websites that align with our brand identity and meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, technical expertise in web development, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Design engaging and on-brand graphics for various media, including social media, print, digital ads, and promotional materials.
• Create visual content such as logos, brochures, banners, and infographics.
• Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns.

Web Building:

• Design, build, and maintain responsive websites that are visually appealing and functional.
• Ensure websites are optimized for performance, speed, and SEO.
• Implement UX/UI best practices to create intuitive and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues as they arise.
• Stay up-to-date with web design and development trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Web Builder with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web development tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress,Wix).
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing software.
• Familiarity with frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Basic understanding of backend technologies (e.g., PHP, MySQL).
