Description
- Assist in receiving, storing, and distributing products.
- Check and verify incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organization.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No specific degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Excel, organized, capable of heavy lifting, flexible with tasks, financially literate, able to coach staff, and manage personnel effectively.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced warehouse environment, physical labor required, may involve varying shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Reliable, detail-oriented, strong communication skills, adaptable, and a team player.
