Description
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly to guests.
- Assist with setup and cleanup of dining area.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent English communication skills; ability to multitask.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requiring standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, reliable, attentive to detail, and customer-oriented.
