Description
- Safely operate heavy trucks and deliver goods to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
- Safely transport goods, perform vehicle inspections, maintain logs, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring secure transportation.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and fuel usage.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients.
Requirements
- Job Title: Truck Driver
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant driving experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in driving, trunk and road transportation, vehicle maintenance, and possess strong driving skills. Valid driver's license is mandatory.
- Working Conditions: Varied schedules, often long hours driving in different weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, responsible, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
