The Training Manager is responsible for managing and monitoring local training personnel. If needed, he/she steps in and assists the same in discharging their duties. The Training Manager is also responsible for submitting reports, regular and ad hoc as required by the Operations Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide training to the store operations - systems, policies and procedures of the organization or restrains existing employees on new information through specialized training courses.

· In-charge for the special projects that may be necessary to fulfil in order to meet the store's objectives.

· Ensures proper and efficient scheduling of training rooms.

· Prepares logistics materials for roll-out ex. Product launching, promo roll out etc.

· Works with the Sales and Operations Department to determine and agree with new store opening assistance schedule and training sessions which include but are not limited to new product launching, product preparation simulation, new store standards orientations.

· Responsible for implementation of basic training modules to store crew and Store Supervisors.

· Responsible for ensuring proper cascade and implementation of new procedures and standards for stores including new product

· Monitors activities and schedules of all training personnel

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's/College Degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Mass Communication or Business Courses.

· At least 2 years work experience in food service industry
At least 2 years work experience in training and development
Preference will give to those with work experience in fast food chains and/ or Bakeshop

· With project and time management skills

· Has excellent verbal and written communication skills

· With very good presentation ability, dynamic and result-oriented
