Job Overview:

We are seeking a Test Engineer to join the core testing team of our trading platform. This position will be fully responsible for functional testing, performance validation, and automation development, ensuring the stability and reliability of the trading system in high concurrency and high complexity scenarios.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for functional testing and regression testing of the core systems of the exchange (matching, assets, deposits and withdrawals, KYC, etc.).
• Develop test plans based on requirements, design high-quality test cases, and identify potential defects and risks.
• Participate in interface testing and front-end and back-end integration testing to ensure accurate data interaction.
• Execute system performance testing and stress testing, simulating high concurrency trading scenarios to assess system capacity and stability.
• Maintain and develop automated testing scripts, promoting the use of automation in regression and interface testing.
• Participate in CI/CD processes to ensure quality validation under continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Collaborate with the security team to conduct testing related to data security, permission validation, anti-fraud, and anti-brute force measures.
• Organize testing documentation, produce test reports and defect tracking reports to enhance project control and transparency.

• Collaborate with development, product, operations, and other departments to quickly locate online issues and drive closure solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a computer-related field, with 3-6 years of software testing experience.
• Experience in automation programming, familiar with common testing frameworks for both App and Web (such as Appium, Playwright, etc.).
• Proficient in the design and execution methods of functional testing, regression testing, and interface testing.
• Experience in performance testing, familiar with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Locust, k6, etc.
• Familiar with at least one programming language (such as Python, Java, JavaScript), possessing experience in interface automated testing.
• Familiar with defect management and tracking tools (such as JIRA), understanding basic testing processes and project management.
• Understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes, able to collaborate with development teams to ensure quality assurance.
• Logical thinking skills, excellent problem analysis and resolution abilities, strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to adapt to a high-intensity work pace, with a strong sense of self-motivation and responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferred candidates with experience in testing centralized exchanges (CEX) and financial trading systems.
• Familiar with basic principles of blockchain, such as wallet signing, contract invocation, and node interaction.
• Experience in building testing platforms, process optimization, or developing self-research tools.
• Some backend performance analysis and tuning abilities (understanding Java/Golang server architecture is preferred).
• Good English reading and writing skills, able to understand English documentation or collaborate with overseas teams.
