Role Description:

Metacom Careers is seeking a dedicated IT Technical Recruiter for a full-time, on-site position in Baliuag. The recruiter will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent within the Information Technology sector, particularly for technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT positions, technical skill sets, and industry hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment for IT professionals, including developers, engineers, system administrators, and other technical roles.
• Proactively source and attract top IT talent through various platforms and channels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and match candidates to job specifications.
• Perform technical screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
• Manage the interview process, provide feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any related field
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Information Technology industry trends and terminologies
• Previous experience in IT recruitment is a plus
