Financial Management & Reporting

• Prepare financial reports, statements, and forecasts
• Monitor the company’s financial transactions and records
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial plans
• Monitor expenses and suggest cost-saving measures

Payroll & Accounts Management

• Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records

Tax & Compliance

• Ensure timely filing of taxes and regulatory compliance
• Work with auditors and regulatory bodies during financial audits

Cash Flow & Fund Management

• Monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity
• Manage fund disbursement and allocation.

Financial Risk Assessment

• Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Ensure proper internal controls are in place

Coordination & Support

• Work closely with other departments for financial planning
• Provide financial insights and support to management for decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
• Minimum of at least 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role
• Preferably with experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis
• In-depth knowledge in financial principles, accounting standards, and tax regulations
• Proficient in different accounting software (e.g., -QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• High sense of Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information
• Strong ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment
